**About the right team membe**r
You will report to the Director of Lifecycle and work closely with the GM DACH and the international team.
ClassPass launched in Germany in 2019 and is now active in 9 cities in the DACH region with over 1000 partners, mainly in the boutique fitness and wellness sector. The position is based in Berlin where the DACH head office is located. All DACH employees receive a we work all access pass.
**List of responsibilities**
- Ensure alignment of regional activities with global growth marketing strategy
- Manage and coordinate localization of relevant content in partnership with the global marketing team, as well as creating individual market/ regional-specific content for critical markets in partnership with relevant global stakeholders
- Marketing campaigns management through Asana
- Support cross-functional stakeholders on project creation and delivery for marketing campaigns and day-to-day needs.
- Coordinate interdependencies, create contingency plans and manage risk on project timelines and deliverables.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required as you will be working closely with Global marketing, Local teams, Sales, Account management, Corporate as well as external partners, studios
- Identify opportunities for scale to drive regional and global growth
**Skills & experience**
- Fluent in German & English languages
- 2+years lifecycle / retention, consulting, finance or analytics experience.
- Experience with segmentation and working with user attributes
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience working with a creative team and managing images and copy
- Strong QA skills and execution processes, detail oriented
- Pro-active, creative, hands on self-starter
**Nice to have**
- Experience with Braze
- Experience with push notifications and in-app modals
- Experience with Asana or other project management tools
- Familiarity with subscription businesses
- Experience with B2C comms / content
