- und Serviceportfolios wider.
JOIN OUR TEAM
Diese Aufgabe erwartet Sie:
- Kundenbetreuung der Ihnen zugeordneten Verkaufsregion
- Realisierung des geplanten AE - Volumens und Deckungsbeitrages im Rahmen der aktuellen Unternehmensstrategie im zugeordneten Verkaufsgebiet
- Unterstützung des Außendienstmitarbeiters durch telefonische Betreuung und Beratung sowie Angebots
- und Abwicklungstätigkeit für die Kunden der Region
- Datenpflege mittels SAP R3 und C4C
- Angebote und Abwicklung für Pumpen, Armaturen, Service und inkl. Klärung von komplexen kaufmännischen und technischen Details
- Nachverfolgung von Angeboten/Projekten
- Kundenberatung und Kundenbetreuung am Telefon
- Gelegentliche gemeinsame Kundenbesuche mit dem Außendienstmitarbeiter
- Den Kunden Alternativlösungen hinsichtlich fachlicher und terminlicher Art anbieten, bearbeiten und dokumentieren
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschl. mind. 4-jähriges Studium mit Fachrichtung Maschinenbau / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
- Sicheres, freundliches und sympathisches Auftreten
- Lösungsorientierte und positive Denkweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussorientierung
- Selbständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Verständnis für Märkte und Kundenbedürfnisse
- Verkäuferpersönlichkeit und positive Denkweise
