  • A smart management dashboard to deliver the ability to interconnect a hotels' workforce
  • A data analytics system to give an overview of important KPIs,- A Maintenance Registration and Preventative Maintenance tool to spot and repair broken items faster
  • An automated Lost & Found tool to digitize items that have been forgotten to enable employees to return lost items to customers as quickly as possible
  • An optimized smart mobile app to give every employee a central access
  • A handbook function to train new employees as efficiently as possible and to give staff the necessary information at hand for every situation

Tasks

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the DACH region. You will work hand in hand with your Account Executive and Customer Success colleagues to build a sales pipeline that will sustainably enable our joint growth.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • With your affinity for the accommodation industry and IT topics, you will be the trusted contact person for our potential customers
  • You coordinate closely with your account executive colleagues and hand over opportunities that are ready to be sold
  • You are the driving force to generate sales appointments
Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Qualifications:

  • You have first experience in sales (ideally in software sales)
  • You have a degree: ideally in business administration or communication sciences (or comparable qualification)
  • Initial experience in direct sales is advantageous. However, it is much more important to us that you are highly self-motivated for sales and approach people proactively.
  • You are a strong communicator, like to take on responsibility and know-how to proactively expand your pipeline
  • You are empathetic and have a knack for creating trust and enthusiasm
  • You can put yourself in the shoes of the person you are talking to in order to understand their challenges and needs
  • Ideally, you are proficient in using Hubspot
  • You are a team player and are passionate about making our work together as easy as possible
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Englisch and German
