Blacklane is looking for a results-driven **Director of Product** to lead our Guest product domain.

In this role, you’ll shape the future of our Guest experience, overseeing the entire product lifecycle and driving innovation across our portfolio.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- **Product Strategy**: Lead the vision and execution of a guest-focused product strategy that elevates the user experience.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and retain a talented team of product managers, fostering an environment of collaboration, inclusivity and excellence..
- **Product Roadmap**: Develop a clear, actionable product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- **Collaborative Execution**: Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive seamless product development and launch.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Track key product metrics, use data insights to refine the strategy, and continuously improve product outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- **Leadership Experience**: 2+ years of experience leading product teams with a proven ability to launch and scale products.
- **Consumer Product Expertise**: Experience working with consumer-facing products and delivering a product roadmap.
- **Strategic Vision**: You’ve contributed to shaping product strategy and can translate vision into action.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Excellent at working with diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
- **Data-Driven Mindset**: Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach to problem-solving.
