The Decisions Alliance's goal is to enable HelloFresh to build a rapid feedback loop around understanding our customers, finding the best way to communicate with them and utilizing AI/ML capabilities. We're responsible for the company's Communications, Customer Data, Experimentation, and MLOps Platforms. Our team works on a variety of technologies ranging from high throughout, real-time communications systems to deep statistical libraries to large-scale machine learning training pipelines.
**Associate Director of Product - Experimentation Platform**:

**The role**:
Based in our modern Berlin office, we are looking for the next product pioneer to join our Decisions Alliance. As an Associate Director of Product within the Decisions Alliance, you will join a passionate cross-functional team building platforms that drive experimentation, machine learning and personalization at scale. You will lead product strategy and execution for HelloFresh's experimentation platform at a global level.
**What you'll do**:
- Develop and promote the long-term vision and product strategy for HelloFresh's experimentation platform
- Partner with product, analytics and marketing teams across HelloFresh to identify new features and capabilities for our experimentation platform
- Define key metrics (KPIs) for experimentation across digital, data and data science products at HelloFresh; develop strategies and roadmaps to improve these metrics
- Work closely with engineering leaders and engineers to scope, plan and deliver new features
- Coach and lead other product owners on your team
- Be a credible voice in the product community at HelloFresh, sharing learnings and best practices
**What you'll bring**:
- 6+ years product management experience preferably in a Direct-to-Consumer environment
- You have experience product managing a platform used by software engineers, machine learning engineers or data scientists
- You have a strong understanding of best-in-class experimentation practices, and the platform services required to increase velocity and quality of experiments
- You use both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
- You are willing to work with your team pushing for better results and helping them achieve ambitious goals
- Outstanding written and oral communication that can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences
