Tasks

Asa Product Lead / Director of Product(m/f/d), you will be responsible to run productprocesses across various departments stand-alone. Well-versed inthe entire product journey from user research, design thinking,project management, design and technology, you will be workingacross the most challenging business problems of ourbusiness.

  • Customerresearch & design thinking: strong ability toempathize with users, gather insights through interviews andtesting, and apply design thinking principles to createuser-centricproducts.

  • CreateProducts: Create and manage detailed productspecifications, user stories, and acceptancecriteria.

  • Leadingprojects: Lead cross-functional teams includingengineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver new featuresandimprovements.

  • MonitorProduct Performance: Monitor product performance anditerate based on data-driven insights and KPIs, most importantlycustomerfeedback

  • ProductRoadmap: Collaborate directly with our founder toalign product goals with company objectives and ensure successfuldelivery ontimelines.

Requirements

  • 7+years of work experience with proven track record as productleadership role at a VC-backed startup or other fast-pacedenvironment

  • Demonstratedability in building and leading high-performing product team whilemanaging product roadmapping from early stage to SeriesA/B.

  • Strong understanding ofagile development methodologies and experience working closely withengineeringteams.

  • Analytical mindsetwith the ability to synthesize data to make informeddecisions.

  • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with experience engagingwith stakeholders at alllevels.

  • Strongproblem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability tobalance short-term deliverables with long-term productvision.

  • Experience withproduct management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar) andanalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, orsimilar).

  • Ability to thrivein a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, demonstrating strongadaptability andleadership.
