**Your role at Kittl**
As a Chief of Staff, you are positioned to play a central role in our organization, steering Kittl towards new horizons of success. In this capacity, you will serve as the right hand and key strategic partner to our CEO and act as the cornerstone of our organization, ensuring seamless operations. Your task is to orchestrate success through effective coordination, collaboration, and strategic acumen.
**What you’ll do**
- ** Assisting in leading investor relations**: Guiding funding rounds, overseeing financial due diligence, and fostering effective communication and collaboration with investors to secure necessary funding for company growth. Ensuring transparency and trust in all interactions with external partners and financial institutions
- ** Strategic Planning**: Defining and implementing short-term tactics and long-term strategies. Establishing and scaling the OKR process for the entire company and individual departments. Leading strategic projects and setting up a comprehensive long-term strategy framework, outlining long-term ambitions, areas of focus, unique selling propositions, and winning strategies
- ** Supporting Budgeting Process**: Contributing to the budgeting process, ensuring financial planning aligns with strategic objectives
- ** Cost Optimization and Efficiency**: Driving initiatives to optimize costs across various departments while emphasizing high-quality standards
- ** Management Committee and Board Oversight**: Preparing and managing meetings for the Company’s Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors. Following up as needed to ensure timely decision-making and implementation of initiatives
- ** Internal and External Communication**: Acting as a key liaison between the executive team and various departments, crafting and communicating clear and inspiring internal and external messages that reflect our vision and priorities
- ** Change Management**: Leading change projects, ensuring smooth transitions, and effective change management strategies
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborating seamlessly with various departments, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution
- ** Strategic support to CEO/C-Level**: Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and guidance in decision-making processes. Collaborating closely with the leadership team to align company strategies with overarching goals and objectives. Your role will be instrumental in aligning our strategies with market demands, ensuring our competitive edge, and driving sustainable growth
- ** M&A / Corporate Development**: Explore and evaluate opportunistic M&A opportunities
- ** Support in Organizational Setup and Hiring**: Assist on the company's organizational setup, including yearly reviews between departments. Additionally, playing a central role in supporting hiring initiatives, ensuring the right talent is acquired to meet strategic goals
**What you’ll need**
- ** Professional Background**: 6+ years of relevant work experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking and/or scale up
- ** Educational Background**: Preferably Bachelors or Masters degree in any engineering or science related field
- ** Strategic Background**: Proven ability to derive strategic insights from user research and market analysis. Experience in defining and implementing short-term tactics and long-term strategies
- ** Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent internal and external communication skills, including crafting clear and inspiring messages that reflect the company’s vision and priorities. Experience in leading change management projects and ensuring smooth transitions within the organization
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex situations and an obsession with data to derive actionable insights
- ** Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor teams, ensuring effective collaboration and results
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in English, German is a plus
