**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the founders with research and analysis on diverse topics to inform strategic decisions, utilizing digital communication tools for collaboration.
- Play a key role in supporting remote fundraising efforts, including preparation of materials and virtual communication with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in a virtual setting.
- Manage and coordinate special projects assigned by the founders, adapting to various time zones and digital platforms.
- Function as a junior Chief of Staff, helping to streamline remote executive operations and communications.
- Prepare and present reports for a global audience, leveraging online presentation tools.
- Engage in virtual meetings with or on behalf of the founders, ensuring effective digital communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate remotely with different departments, harnessing digital tools for information gathering and insight sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Experience in startups or fast-paced workplaces
- Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration tools.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and working styles in a global setting.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
