Werden Sie als **Assistant Cluster Director of Finance & Business Support (m/w/d)** Teil unseres Teams im Holiday Inn Frankfurt - Alte Oper. Für das Holiday Inn Express München City West sowie das Holiday Inn Express Berlin Alexanderplatz fungieren Sie zudem in einer Clusterfunktion. Sie sind gewissenhaft, ehrgeizig, strukturiert und sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und haben starke Führungskompetenzen? Sie beherrschen die englische und deutsche Sprache sehr gut?

**Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeit sind**:

- Supervison aller Bereiche im Accounting (Cashmanagement, Kreditoren, Debitoren und Hauptkasse)
- Kontrolle und Freigabe der Hotel
- und Vertragsrechnungen
- Durchführung von Kontrollen im Bereich Umsatzsicherung und Kostenkontrolle
- Implementierung und Durchführung adequater Kontrollen im Bereich Umsatzsicherung und Kostenkontrolle
- Bilanzkontenanalysen und die Konten Abstimmung
- Überwachung der firmeninternen Versicherungsfälle
- Mitwirken bei der Durchführung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Forecast und Budgets
- Identifizierung von Trainingsbedarf, Entwicklung von Trainingsplänen und Durchführung von Trainings für alle Mitarbeiter des Accounting Teams
- Einhaltung und Durchführung des IHG und Owning Company Reportings
