**Ground Support Service Fachgruppenleiter (d/f/m)**:
Das Support Centre in Wunstorf sucht für den A400M Ground Support Service (GSS) einen Fachgruppenleiter. Der Fokus liegt hierbei auf den Kundenservice für die deutsche Luftwaffe für ihre A400M Bodenunterstützungssysteme. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören Planung, Betreuung und Prozessoptimierung der eingesetzten Tools wie MDS (Maintenance Data System) und andere digitale Lösungen im Rahmen von ILS / ISS Projekten.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Fachliche und operative Führung eines fünfzehn köpfigen Teams
- Sicherstellung der fachlichen Kompetenz des Teams sowie Bereitstellung aller notwendigen Prozesse und Tools für das Team
- Ihr Team unterstützt den Kunden bei Problemlösungen, fachlicher Beratung oder Durchführung von Analysen von Bodenunterstützungssystemen
- Definition neuer Requirements in Zusammenarbeit mit dem deutschen Kunden, um das MDS Tool und andere Software-Tools weiter zu entwickeln
- Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten
**Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Luftfahrtingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
- Erste Führungserfahrung in multinationalen Teams sowie Erfahrungen im Kundenservice
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für die Abläufe, Prozesse und gegenseitige Abhängigkeiten im Kundenservice - idealerweise im militärischen Bereich
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Kontaktfähigkeit über verschiedene Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
