Senior Enterprise Resource Planning Aviation Engineer

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Resource Planning Aviation Engineer to join our team in Wunstorf, Germany.
This role will involve working closely with the German Air Force and Airbus internal departments to plan, maintain, and optimize the A400M Ground Support Service (GSS) using the fleet operations management system (MDS).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to the CAMO team in resolving operational issues related to the A400M operations management system.
- Independently process, coordinate, and respond to Air Force inquiries about the A400M operations management system, including creating solution suggestions and error analysis.
- Validate new operational management software versions, testing all functions and coordinating test results with the customer.
- Develop and edit technical concepts in coordination with the Air Force, defining new operational management requirements and functionalities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of training for the use of the operational management system (MDS) for the German Air Force and Airbus employees.
- Continuously enter configuration and reference data for the A400M fleet into the operations management system.
- Support the development of digital solutions as part of ISS (In-Service Support) projects.
- Completed technical studies or comparable education.
- Affinity for data analysis and good Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of tools or systems in the area of operational management systems is desirable, e.g. AMOS, SAP.
- Understanding of the procedures and processes in aviation - ideally in the maintenance and CAMO areas.
- Strong customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English skills, knowledge of German desirable.
