Als langjährige Experten für die Arzneimittelversorgung sowie die Herstellung patientenindividueller Therapien inklusive Verblisterung decken wir alle wesentlichen Punkte der Versorgungskette in diesem speziellen Segment ab.

**Ihr neuer Aufgabenbereich**:

- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner bei der Erstellung von sämtlichen personalrelevanten Dokumenten, z.B. Verträge, Richtlinien etc.
- Datenpflege in unserem Human Resources Management System (rexx)
- Vertragsmanagement (Versand sowie Nachhalten der Rückläufe und Ablage)
- Erstellung von Zwischen
- und Endzeugnissen
- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Personalkonferenzen, Gehaltserhöhungsrunden, Änderungen in der Organisationsstruktur etc.
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von HR-Projekten wie z.B. Prozessqualitätssteigerung, Standardisierung, Automatisierung, etc.
- Aufbereitung von und Auswertung zu Themen wie Headcount, Salary, Sick Leave etc. in Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Systems & Reporting
- Terminkoordination bezüglich In-House Trainings, Forecast-Termine, Budgetplanungen, Personalkonferenzen, etc.
- Erstellung von Präsentationen für die HR-Leitung

**Damit überzeugen Sie uns**:

- Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann/frau, zum Industriekaufmann/frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalmanagement-Support
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel und Powerpoint), Erfahrungen mit gängigen Personalmanagementsystemen (z.B. SAP / Oracle / Workday / PeopleSoft / rexx etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie stilsichere Formulierungsfähigkeiten
