Als Team Lead Supply Chain & Intralogistik bist Du für die reibungslose und effektive Abwicklung der Lieferketten und innerbetrieblichen Logistik verantwortlich. Du verantwortest ein Team (5 Teammitglieder) und berichtest direkt an den Head of Operations.

Was Du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein
- Du bist eine erfahrene Führungskraft und verstehst es, ein Team zu inspirieren, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du hast bereits in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Bereich Supply / Intralogistik gearbeitet und idealerweise Erfahrung als strategischer Einkäufer.
- Du bist mit ERP-Systemen vertraut und bringst eine hohe digitale Affinität mit.
- Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Mit Deinen ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten fällt es Dir leicht Daten und Kennzahlen zu interpretieren und als Entscheidungsgrundlage zu nutzen.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Prozessverständnis und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit einer hohen Ergebnisorientierung.
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und besitzt Verhandlungsgeschick für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.

- Führung und Entwicklung des Teams: Als Servant Leader förderst Du ein positives Arbeitsklima, Vertrauen, Engagement und persönliches Wachstum Deines Teams.
- Lagerverwaltung: Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Organisation und Verwaltung des Lagers. Dazu gehört u.a. die Lagerplatzoptimierung und Bestandskontrolle sowie Überwachung des Lagerplatzes.
- Materialflussmanagement: Du stellst sicher, dass Materialien und Waren termingerecht von einem Prozessschritt zum nächsten gelangen.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du überwachst, analysierst und optimierst die verschiedenen Prozesse in der Supply Chain und Intralogistik, um die Effizienz und Kosteneffektivität zu verbessern.
- Lieferantenmanagement: Du bist eine vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Lieferanten und andere Vertragspartner, verhandelst Verträge und stellst sicher, dass die vereinbarten Anforderungen eingehalten werden.
- Planung und Controlling: Du trägst die Verantwortung für die strategische Personalplanung und das Budget des Teams, einschließlich der korrekten Kostenzuordnung und des effizienten wirtschaftlichen Umgangs damit.
- Definition und Kontrolle operativer KPIs: Du legst relevante Kennzahlen fest, überwachst ihre Entwicklung und leitest daraus Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung ab.
- Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Vertrieb und Finanzen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Supply Chain reibungslos funktioniert.
