About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Planning Lead to join our team at Dabster. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in leading large-scale transformations and drive business growth.

As an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will be responsible for anchoring engagement efforts, defining business processes, designing solutions, and guiding teams on project deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with client personnel
  • Process design and harmonization: Designing and standardizing processes across multiple business units and geographies
  • Requirements elicitation and solution design: Gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and designing functional solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes on Oracle EBS
  • Lead cross-track discussions and finalize end-to-end solutions: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions that meet client needs
  • Execution and support of functional testing: Overseeing the execution of functional testing, QA, SIT, and User Acceptance Testing, as well as post-production support
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in Oracle EBS R Modules – Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules
  • Proven experience as a Solution Lead in Oracle ERP led transformations
  • Knowledge of end-to-end processes Forecast to Plan, Demand to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management
  • Experience in handling integration with external partners/applications like Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, EDI in European region
  • Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with a strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and third-party application teams
