- Du magst es ordentlich und sortiert, vor allem bei den Gäste
- und Firmenprofilen und sogst dafür, dass sie immer up-to-date sind
- Multitasking zwischen Telefonaten und E-Mail-Verkehr bringen Dich nicht aus der Ruhe
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

**Das sind Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Du betreust unsere vielen GSH Hotels als Ansprechperson der Gruppenreservierung
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales, dem Revenue und anderen kommerziellen Teams zusammen und buchst Reservierungen in unser System ein, wir benutzen SIHOT
- Unsere telefonischen Einzelreservierungen werden von einem externen Dienstleister betrieben, Du unterstützt aber gerne, wenn der Anruf bei Dir landet
- Hautsächlich bist Du in schriftlichem Kontakt mit den Organisatoren von Gruppenbuchungen
- Du bist so proaktiv, dass Du unsere Gäste gerne zu zusätzliche Serviceleistungen und Produkte berätst, damit ihr Aufenthalt in unseren Hotels noch besser wird
