Reiseleitern; und das alles mit einem 24/7-Kundenservice, damit Reisende aus über 50 Ländern sorgenfrei unvergessliche Reiseerlebnisse genießen können.

**Über die Rolle**

Als Hotelreservierungskoordinator sorgst Du für die erfolgreiche Hotelbuchung/-vermittlung von

Gruppen sowohl in Deutschland wie auch in Österreich. Du nutzt Deine fundierten

Destinationskenntnisse, um Deine Buchungen erfolgreich bei unseren Hotelpartnern zu platzieren.

Dank Deines Fachwissens und Deiner lösungsorientierten Persönlichkeit trägst Du zur Effizienz des

Hotelreservierungsteams bei und hilfst, die allgemeine Servicequalität und Rentabilität des

Unternehmens zu verbessern.

Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Hotel Reservierungen im Gruppenbereich (von Quotierung bis

Ankunft)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Verkaufsbüros und unseren

Hotelpartnern
- Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

- Erfahrung in einer internationalen Hotelreservierung oder im Account Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Vertraut im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen
- Kenntnisse von Reservierungssoftware von Vorteil
- Fundierte Deutschland und Österreich Kenntnisse
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität, Motivation und Belastbarkeit
- Exzellentes Zeitmanagement
