We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated student (Bachelor's or Master's level) to join our dynamic Process Development team as** **Laboratory Student Assistant (m/w/d)** in mRNA Production. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, contributing to the production and development of mRNA therapeutics.

**Your tasks**:

- ** Lab Operations**: Work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical experience in mRNA production processes. Produce and characterize nanoparticle formulations
- ** Quality Control**: Assist in quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality mRNA products
- ** Process Optimization**: Collaborate with the team to optimize existing mRNA production processes and contribute to the development of new protocols
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results
- ** Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support various stages of mRNA production

**Your profile**:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
- Strong interest in mRNA-based therapies and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge research
- Basic laboratory skills and knowledge of molecular biology techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months
- You have good written and spoken English skills
