**Clinical Services Specialist DACH (d/f/m) - Vision**
Location: Germany
This position executes J&J and distributor employee and physician trainings and certification programs in order to ensure consistent optimum clinical outcomes of J&J All products including Refractive, Lex Extraction (Laser cataract Surgery & Phaco), Ocular Surface and Intraocular Lenses (IOLs). Furthermore, the position holder provides pre
**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert level support to external and internal J&J customers and distributors certified ASMs, especially during new product introductions
- Provide optimization and problem-solving support for existing users, e.g. at sites experiencing sub-optimal clinical results
- Support activities (internal and external) at J&J Vision Experience Centre (customer trainings, wet labs and recertification programs).
- Provide booth support at major DACH congresses
- Provide training & certification programs to J&J, distributor employees, physician and Systems operators, in order to ensure consistent optimum clinical outcomes of J&J premium refractive, Lex Extraction (Laser cataract Systems & Phaco), Ocular surface portfolio, and Intraocular Lenses to drive premium procedure market share by optimizing clinical outcomes

**Qualifications**
- High School and/or University degree preferred
- Min. 5 years of clinical and surgical ophthalmic background
- Good presentation and communication skills towards decision makers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexible toward management and customer needs with regard to work scheduling
- Training and/or teaching experience preferred
- Fluent English and German is required
- Willingness to travel frequently, minimum of 65% field activity
