**Medical Affairs Specialist (d/m/w) DACH**
**(Teilzeit 80%, remote)**
Diese Position ist Teil des Medical Affairs Teams und unterstützt J&J IOLs Proctoring und Medical Information Requests (MIR), um konsistente und optimale klinische Ergebnisse zu gewährleisten.
Sie liefert Analysen von Ergebnissen, um den Einsatz von J&J-Produkten zu optimieren, einschließlich der Arbeitsabläufe in der Klinik, des Patientenmanagements, der prä- und postoperativen Kontrollen und aller damit zusammenhängenden Faktoren, die einen Einfluss auf das Endergebnis der Patienten haben.
**IHRE AUFGABEN & VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**:
- IOL-Fallanalyse und -Berechnung mit Schwerpunkt auf PCIOLs, die in den genehmigten J&J-Schulungsprogrammen enthalten sind und den IOL-Berechnungsprozessen folgen
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen nach medizinischen Informationen (MIR) und Bereitstellung von klinischen Antworten sowie Betreuung von HCPs (Mitarbeitern des Gesundheitswesens) gemäß den J&J VISION-Richtlinien, -Mitteilungen und -Verfahren in angemessener Zeit (< 4 Tage)
- Erstellung von MIR-Statistiken, einschließlich Anfragen und Beschwerden, zur effektiven Überwachung der klinischen Leistung der Produkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Partnern (Produktsicherheit, Marketing, F&E und Vertrieb)
- Unterstützung der HCPs bei der Analyse der postoperativen Ergebnisse, Optimierung und Problemlösung
- Unterstützung bei der Problemlösung an Standorten, an denen suboptimale Ergebnisse erzielt wurden
- Unterstützung von externen und internen J&J-Kunden durch klinische Wissen mit Schwerpunkt auf NPIs (New Product Introduction)
- Unterstützung von Demos und klinischen Studien bei Bedarf
**Qualifications**:
**IHR QUALIFIKATIONSPORTFOLIO**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Optometrie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Ophthalmologie
- Min. 5 Jahre klinische und chirurgische Erfahrung in der Augenheilkunde
- 2-4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im klinischen Umfeld, z. B. in augenchirurgischen Zentren oder Krankenhäusern und/oder mit Erfahrung in der Behandlung von Kataraktpatienten
- IOLs Fachwissen, gute und detaillierte Kenntnisse der Produkte und entsprechende klinische Erfahrung
- Gute Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gegenüber Entscheidungsträgern
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs
- und Analysefähigkeiten, dienstleistungsorientiert
- Fähigkeit, mit mínimaler Aufsicht unabhängig zu arbeiten
- Flexibilität gegenüber dem Management und den Bedürfnissen der Kunden hinsichtlich der Arbeitsplanung
- Schulungserfahrung und/oder Lehrerfahrung bevorzugt
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
