GTS Consulting sucht im Auftrag unseres US-Kunden einen geeigneten Kandidaten als Senior Point of Contact (SPOC) für eine diplomatische Vertretung in Frankfurt.

Es handelt sich um eine VOLLZEIT-Stelle mit SOFORT-Beginn.

Dies ist eine Arbeitsform von zu Hause aus mit häufigen Reisen zum Standort der Frankfurter Botschaft des Kunden.

Der SPOC wird als Verbindungsbeamter mit den Mitarbeitern der Botschaft fungieren und direkt ihrem europäischen Manager unterstellt sein.

Der SPOC muss Mitarbeiter der Botschaft besuchen und sicherstellen, dass alle Bedürfnisse der Botschaft zeitnah und professionell erfüllt werden.

Der SPOC trägt die direkte Verantwortung für die Leistung des Begrüßers vor Ort in der Botschaft.

Gelegentlich muss der SPOC als Begrüsser für Visumantragsteller bei der Botschaft fungieren.

Bewerber müssen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Kunden
- oder diplomatischen Dienst haben (jede Branche berücksichtigt).

Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.

IT-Kenntnisse sind ebenfalls erforderlich und Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist ein klarer Vorteil.

Die Kandidaten müssen NICHT an deutschen, staatlichen oder US-amerikanischen Feiertagen oder Wochenenden arbeiten.

Alle Nicht-EU-Kandidaten müssen im Besitz einer Genehmigung der Klasse B ohne Arbeitsbeschränkungen sein.
