My client are a rapidly expanding SaaS firm based in Munich, specialising in a top-tier identification and compliance solution within the B2B sector.

Their primary clients include global banks and esteemed consulting firms. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an Sales Development Representative to enhance their dynamic team.

In this role, you'll have a pivotal role in expanding their customer base through the creation and execution of inventive lead generation strategies. Your efforts will contribute to fortifying their market presence and fostering sustainable growth.

**The Role**:

- Actively engage in customer acquisition and cultivate relationships with decision-makers, facilitating business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and quantity, ensuring a synergistic approach to customer outreach.
- Diligently manage and update customer data in the CRM system, maintaining comprehensive details on the sales pipeline and customer interactions.
- Independently handle a pipeline of qualified B2B contacts at an executive level, devising effective sales strategies for engagement.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights to propel our business forward.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales, finance, consulting, or a customer-facing role.
- Native-level proficiency in the German language and fluent in English.
- Desirable prior experience in the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional communication skills across various channels.
- Readiness to consistently push personal boundaries and actively seek further development.
- Ability to inspire others around a shared idea to attain collective goals.
- Confident handling of intricate challenges.
