Blacklane is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Operations Control.

As the Head of Operations Control, you will be responsible for overseeing several operations teams that play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our service and making sure we increase our efficiency when working with chauffeurs. You will be driving innovation, creating efficient processes and leading a team to consistently perform at the highest level.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Efficient processes: continuously improve the processes within your team that is key for Blacklane’s success to ensure higher customer satisfaction and/or improve performance.
- Product Development: Work together with our Product and Engineering teams to automate parts of the manual processes and to improve the tools that your teams work with.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and recruit a team of Operations leaders, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Supply Leadership: Help to create and execute strategies to improve Blacklane’s chauffeur operations together with your peers in the Supply leadership team.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Define and track key product performance metrics, analyzing data to create actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve team performance.
