Aufgaben

‍ Über die Rolle ‍

Bist du bereit, dich auf ein kundenorientiertes Abenteuer einzulassen, das sich direkt auf das Wachstum unseres Kundenstamms und unseres Umsatzes auf dem deutschen Markt auswirkt? Als Founders Associate bei Cloover spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Verkauf, Marketing und Onboarding unserer Partnerbetriebe.

Deine Aufgaben

Du erweiterst unser Partner-Netzwerk, indem du potenzielle und bestehende Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und in digitalen Meetings ansprichst.
Übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Onboarding-Kommunikation, um die Kundenbindung zu verbessern.
Verwaltest Aktivitäten nach dem Verkauf, einschließlich der Beantwortung von E-Mails und telefonischen Anfragen zu Verträgen, Prozessen, Rechnungen usw.
Proaktive Überwachung unserer CRM-Datenbank (Hubspot) und anderer Vertriebsberichte/-dokumente, um die Datenqualität und die Genauigkeit der Berichte in Bezug auf Partner, Kunden, Umsatzerlöse usw. sicherzustellen.
Schulung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern aus unseren Partnerorganisationen.
Aktive Teilnahme an unseren Umfragen zur Kundenzufriedenheit und Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung.
Nebenbei supportest du die Co-Founders im Day2Day Business und treibst eigene Projekte voran

Qualifikation
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in und für mind. 3 Monate, idealerweise 6 Monate verfügbar; Startdatum ist ASAP
- Du hast idealerweise schon relevante Erfahrung in einem schnellwachsenden Startup, in einer Top-Tier Beratungsfirma oder einen Finanzunternehmen gesammelt
- Du hast zusätzliche Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Net Zero/Dekarbonisierung, ClimateTech/Energie und/oder Sustainable Finance gesammelt
- Du treibst dich selbst ständig zu außergewöhnlichen Leistungen an (beruflich und/oder im privaten Leben) und bist immer bereit, die Extrameile zu gehen
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft dafür, einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Bekämpfung des Klimawandels zu leisten und ist bereit, eine neue Herausforderung in einer kleinen, aber schnell wachsenden Organisation mit einem hohen Maß an Freiheit und Unsicherheit anzunehmen
- Du bist eine proaktive, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die Eigenverantwortung übernimmt und sich nicht scheut, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und die Dinge anzupacken
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, der bereit ist, als Teil eines leistungsstarken Teams (mit unterschiedlichen Rollen/Hintergründen) Leistung zu erbringen, und Du feierst gerne Meilensteine und Erfolge
- Du sprichst sowohl fließend Englisch als auch Deutsch
- Du bist bereit in unserem Berliner Büro zu arbeiten
