GTM Pioneers is creating the top Go-to-market community in Europe to help revenue drivers and founders grow their businesses. As part of our expansion, we're seeking a proactive Growth Intern to support our go-to-market strategies and client management. Under the guidance of our founder, you will contribute to various aspects of our growth initiatives, from customer workshops to creating GTM playbooks.
Tasks- Assist in managing operational aspects of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our clients.
- Support the founder in conducting customer workshops and creating assessment summaries.
- Help in developing and refining GTM playbooks for the community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align GTM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Engage in research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Pursuing or have obtained a degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- Interest in GTM strategies, customer engagement, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently under mentorship.
- Direct mentorship and education from the founder, offering deep insights into GTM strategies and business growth.
- Hands-on experience with real-world projects that have a direct impact on the company’s success.

We are just starting out and are in search of talents who prioritize personal development and growth opportunities over salary. Our current compensation model will be based entirely on commission until we generate enough revenue to offer a base salary. At this point, no one will receive a base salary.
