FERTILLY ist ein professionell geführtes, schnell wachsendes Start-up-Unternehmen mit Sitz in Berlin, das von erfahrenen Unternehmern und Ex-Beratern geleitet wird. Unser Ziel ist es, die führende, vertikal integrierte E-Health-Plattform im Bereich der Fruchtbarkeit in Europa zu sein.
Kunden nutzen unsere Plattform unter anderem, um sich über Behandlungen im Rahmen einer künstlichen Befruchtung beraten zu lassen und ihre Zukunft zu planen. Unsere Partner sind Kliniken und Ärzte, die sich durch fachliche und medizinische Exzellenz auszeichnen. Aufgaben

Als Founders' Associate bist Du die rechte Hand des Gründerteams und damit für ein breites Spektrum an Aufgaben und Projekten verantwortlich. Du erhältst 1:1-Coaching und Mentoring, wie man ein Unternehmen von Grund auf erfolgreich aufbauen kann. Dies umfasst die Bereiche Sales, Marketing, Finanzen, Operations, Business Development und Management. Dazu musst Du deine Neugierde, unsere gemeinsame Vision, die Probleme der Kunden und Dein Verständnis für aktuelle Internet-Technologien miteinander verbinden. Auf diese Weise wirst Du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Störung eines ruhenden Milliardenmarktes spielen.
- Strategie: Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern bei Projekten von strategischer Relevanz zusammen und hilfst bei der Entwicklung optimaler Pläne für das Wachstum in neuen und bestehenden Märkten
- Operations: Du arbeitest an internen Projekten zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und des Wachstums des Unternehmens
- Verwaltung und IT : Du kontrollierst und verbesserst bestehende Prozesse und Systeme
- Marketing : Du erstellst datenbasierte Kampagnen
- Business Development: Du hilfst bei der Bildung von Partnerschaften mit den führenden Akteuren der Branche
- Investor Relations : Du bereitest Investorentreffen vor und unterstützt die Gründer
- HR : Du rekrutierst und interviewst neue hochkarätige Kandidaten für das Team

Qualifikation
- Du bist ein Problemlöser und kannst komplexe Probleme analytisch angehen
- Du lernst schnell und passt dich schnell neuen Herausforderungen an
- Du spricht deutsch auf Muttersprachlerniveau und beherrschst auch die englische Sprache fließend
- Du hast idealerweise einen wirtschaftlichen Hintergrund und studierst an einer erstklassigen Business School mit hervorragenden akademischen Leistungen
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Startups und möchtest dich auf dein eigenes Abenteuer vorbereiten
- Du willst den Status quo in Frage stellen und Dinge schnell erledigen
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung oder einem Startup-Unternehmen gesammelt
- Du bist konstruktiv und immer bestrebt, das Team zu verbessern
- Du interessierst dich für den Gesundheitssektor
- Du bist unabhängig und findest immer einen Weg ein Projekt voranzubringen
