Your Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy
- Working closely with the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board to define and develop the overall strategy of the bank to bring our vision of “empowering partners to innovate finance” to life.
- Shaping the bank's product and service offering, identifying potential acquisitions, and determining the commercial approach and partner selection criteria.

Client Acquisition
- Supporting the Board in promoting our services to potential clients.
- Assessing the fit between the bank's products and clients' needs, conducting due diligence on potential partners, and negotiating commercial terms for long-term relationships.
- Collaborating with the product department to develop and launch new products and features that attract new clients and increase engagement with existing clients.

Onboarding Process
- Define, manage and evolve our onboarding process for new platform partners.
- Lead the onboarding team on a daily basis
- Coordinate efforts between the partners’ organization and various departments within Raisin Bank, such as Product, IT, Operations, and Compliance.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and proper documentation of the partner's processes and regulatory obligations.
- Partner Management
- Working with a diverse range of platform partners, and the partner management team.
- Managing and enhancing relationships with these partners. Maintaining documentation and contracts, exchanging information, identifying and addressing issues and challenges, and identifying new demands and opportunities for collaboration.
- Contributing to operational improvements and collaborates with IT and product development to enhance services.

Resource Management
- Managing the resources of the business development and partner management teams.
- Aligning partner priorities with internal processes, capacity planning, and ensuring that onboarding targets are achieved.
- Supporting the team by unblocking any impediments encountered during the onboarding journeys.

Your Profile
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of the bank's overall strategy, aligning business development activities with the company's long-term goals.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of the banking and fintech landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging trends.
- Proven track record in developing successful partnerships and managing client relationships. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess product-market fit, identify new market opportunities, and drive client acquisition and retention strategies that lead to business growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proven track record of fostering a culture of high performance, providing guidance, and developing the skills of team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, influence stakeholders, and negotiate favorable terms with partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and address challenges.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes.
