There’s no need to shock you with the exact figures, but as you are probably aware, carbon emissions are a big problem. Unfortunately, heating our homes is one of the greatest contributors to those carbon emissions. What you probably don’t know, is that by switching to better heating solutions, we could cut heating-related emissions by up to 80%. That’s where we come in.
Tasks
What you will do
As you can probably tell by now, we have pretty big ambitions. These ambitions rely on people like you, who can make a difference as part of a growing team by employing the skills, knowledge, and experience you have collected over the years.
As part of our Growth Team, the Growth Marketer will be a critical player in acquiring new customers and skilled installers to scale our impact. You'll be expected to launch, manage, and scale marketing campaigns across various channels, backed by a strong reliance on data to inform decisions.
As a Growth Marketer, we are pretty sure that your day-to-day work will often vary, while always remaining interesting. However, there are some tasks that we are certain will pop up more often than not. These tasks will include:
- Master the funnel: From top to bottom you’ll own the funnel, crafting strategies that attract, engage, convert, and retain customers with a focus on optimisation, aiming to meet the company’s overarching KPIs
- Drive data-driven growth: Your playground is the intersection of creativity and analytics. You will pioneer growth through experimental tactics and untapped channels while leveraging analytics to enhance key metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline coverage, CAC, CLTV, and NPS
- Creative and analytical mindset: Utilise the power of AI to remain agile amidst market shifts and champion innovative solutions. Your goal is to continuously experiment, refine, and enhance our user acquisition and retention strategies
- Collaborative growth: Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially our product team, as to enhance user experience and customer journeys
- Drive purposeful growth: Align growth strategies with nuuEnergy’s core mission, balancing innovation with the enduring values that define us
**Requirements**:
About you
Rockstar. Maverick. Genius. We think these words are overused and don’t expect you to be any of them. However, we are looking for someone who ticks some of the following boxes, but remember, not necessarily all:
- Possess a deep understanding of the marketing funnel, and have experience with a variety of marketing channels and tools
- Driven by data, with an instinct for metrics that inform strategic and operational execution
- Adept at interpreting market signals, from trends to competitive dynamics, to shape our market position
- Be enthusiastic about taking end-to-end ownership of growth strategies, from conception through to execution, and ready to embrace hands-on responsibilities to drive tangible results
- A communicator at heart, fluent in German (native) and proficient in English (B1+), skilled in gaining insights through qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Eager to learn, with a keen appetite for knowledge and a steep learning curve in core growth competencies
