Your tasks and responsibilities
- You will support and learn all about the management of external suppliers for all IM-Services, from Infrastructure Management to Software Development:

- Strategic Sourcing
- Supplier Performance Management Reporting
- Operational Sourcing and Contract Management
- Support in the definition & documentation of these processes.
- Preparation, creation and update of the presentation material, the process descriptions, templates and check lists
- Interaction in a fully international team
- Support on Supplier-Assessments during a Call for Tender, setup contract management processes and Supplier-Performance-management Frameworks

Desired skills and qualifications
- Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Economics or Information Mgmt or any combination of both or similar field of study
- Very good MS-Office/VBA and/or Google Workspace knowledge and practical experiences
- Interested in process/methods/tools to manage a full digitalized Information Management lifecycle
- English: business fluent/mother tongue
- German and Spanish would be beneficial
