**Accessories Program Partner (M/F/d)**:
**Job Purpose**:
As an **Accessories Program Partner**, you will be involved in managing and coordinating the development, launch, and promotion of accessory programs for Hyundai vehicles within the European market.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Implement accessory and wheel & tire initiatives and programs and perform various analysis to monitor performance and propose correctives actions
- Develop and enhance the processes, policies and systems to ensure successful implementation
- Identify potential areas with positive impact on commercial KPIs like Customer Retention, Profitability etc.
- Handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring an effective process and control the quality of delivery
- Identify potential areas to optimize activities like price surveys, portfolio enhancement
- Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding
- Contribute with expertise towards areas like Brand Awareness, Customer Experience etc.
- Increase awareness at the markets level as well as extend partnership with external stakeholders

You will also need to have:

- At least 5 years of experience in automotive marketing and sales processes
- Knowledge of advanced concepts, practices and procedures of aftermarket
- High affinity for numbers with ability to make numbers transparent (data collection, analysis and interpretation)
- Deep know-how of customer service, impact of digitalization and customer care
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) would be a plus
- Affinity to automotive industry (in particular aftersales and accessory business)
- Very good English skills - spoken and written, German or another European language would be a plus
