Die Abteilung SSD CO ITOM 3 Remote Acc. S2 (RAS 2) ist zuständig für einen störungsfreien sowie OLA-konformen Betrieb der Services
- RAS genua (genucard) für den Zielbetrieb
- RAS offen (AnyConnect) für den Eigenbetrieb im Service Package RAS.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Installation und Konfiguration von RAS-Lösungen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Bearbeitung von eingehenden Störungen im Incident Management im Rahmen des Second Level Supports
- Entstörung von Remote Access Lösungen im Kunden
- und Eigenbetrieb
- Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLAs und internen OLAs
- Mitwirkung am betrieblichen Change
- und Release Management
- Mitwirkung im Test
- und Qualitätsmanagement in der Rolle des Testers
- Fortschreibung und Erstellung betrieblicher Dokumentationen (Wiki, Anwenderhandbücher, Leitfäden, und Betriebshandbücher)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung z.B. Fachinformatik für Systemintegration
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Remote Access Service-Umfeld von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Administration von VPN-Lösungen wünschenswert (z.B. genucard, genuconnect, AnyConnect)
- Erfahrung im Incident Management
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows 10/11 Clients
- ITIL v3 Zertifizierung wünschenswert
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft, Kundenorientierung, Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
