Our Platform

Our platform will serve as a hub for longevity enthusiasts and professionals alike, offering a range of resources, including educational content, networking opportunities, and a forum for discussion and collaboration. The first major initiative will be the 2025 Life Summit conference, which will bring together experts and innovators in the field to share their knowledge and insights.

Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Process Development: Design and implement efficient processes to support the growth and development of our platform.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordination, communication, and data management.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of our events, including the 2025 Life Summit conference.
  • Marketing and Communications: Help develop and implement our marketing and communications strategy, including social media and content creation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in operations, business development, consulting, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English written and spoken skills, with German being a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
