**Who We’re Looking For**:
As a Junior Data Analysis and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for office operations and workplace management, payroll and expense management, data analysis and reporting, HRIS management, and ad hoc projects. Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations, supporting business decisions through data analysis, and contributing to the overall efficiency and organization of the workplace. This role will be on-site in our beautiful office in Berlin Kreuzberg.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Data analysis and Reporting for informed decision-making (PowerBI, BambooHR, Jira)
- Office operations and workplace management for the Berlin office
- HRIS Management for data excellence, contract management and support in developing policies and process optimization
- Payroll experience, expenses, and collaboration with Finance team is a plus

**Your profile**:

- First experience in HR Operations, Administration, or general business operations such as Finance
- 1+ year experience of working with Excel (advanced level is required, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques)
- Data-driven and solution-oriented mindset: Strong ability to maintain accuracy while handling data, documents, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with high energy level, dependability, and level-headedness
- Proactivity in solving issues and finding new ways of working
- Willingness and ability to work in an international, matrixed, and multicultural environment
- Fast learner with an affinity for technology and digital tools like Notion, Miro, and BambooHR
- Knowledge of German labor law is a plus
- Fluent in English & German
