**What we’re looking for**:
**About the role**:
The Supply Chain / Facility Management recruitment team at Autodoc is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic and international team (part-time work from 30 hours a week is also possible).

In this role, you'll take a part in recruitment processes for various positions, including both corporate and operational workers.

**Responsibilities**:

- execute on the recruiting strategy defined by Senior Recruiter or Team Lead
- handle the operational recruitment process for junior to mid level positions (mostly in logistics/warehouse/facility management area) in the time given while providing high quality - starting with the job posting till handing over the process for contact creation (People Ops)
- establish and maintain effective collaboration with the hiring managers by providing regular updates about the recruitment process
- partner with them in ordner to keep the recruitment process seemless with guidance from TL and Senior colleagues
- reporting on requested trackers and provide information on time accurately
- execute with quality and on time on assigned tasks regarding certain projects
- support in administrative work related to hiring employees.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in Recruiting, willingly in the area of mass recruitment
- Completed bachelor's studies in HR, management or business as an advantage
- Fluent Russian and very good German skills, at least communicative English (minimum B1)
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- High motivation, inquisitiveness and goal-orientation
- Readiness to work min. 3 days a week from the office in Lichtenberg
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, experience working with Lienkedin Recruiter will be a big plus.
