**YOUR ROLE**:

- Act as a project management platform/methodology champion and first point of contact for project team support and guidance
- Facilitate and drive project management processes (e.g. risks and escalated issues calls, change requests, etc.)
- Report project status and actively add / update issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress and status
- Improve delivery by sharing lessons learned from similar projects with the project manager and team
- Support with the development of project business case, charter and A4 and ensure appropriate sign-offs
- Support with preparations for decision (body) meetings such as steering committee
- Perform project health assessments and raises concerns to project manager and/or escalate to sponsor/PMO as required
- Facilitate End of Project Reviews (EPRs)

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- 7+ years of program/ project management experience
- Understand the translation of a business strategy into a digital agenda and the related programs/projects
- Good business acumen and oversight on digitalization (trends, technologies)
- Formal project management and/or PMO certification(s) (e.g. PMP, PgMP, APM, Prince2, AIPMO, SCRUM, etc.).
- Practical project management experience
- Experience with organizational transformation and management of change
- Proficient in using common project management tools (SharePoint, Teams, Office365, MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present information clearly and logically
- Ability to lead teams without authority and to promote a one-team culture in delivering solutions
- Ability to resolve team conflicts effectively and to coach co-workers
