Your mission
- You will be leading a small team of office managers, across multiple office locations in our home city of Cologne
- Ensuring that our brand-new HQ, in Ehrenfeld is state of art in terms of office and supporting our hybrid workforce
- Working with our satellite offices across Germany and Europe, that the DNA of SoSafe runs through all external offices
- Working with our culture and community teams, on team and company events
- Reporting directly to our VP People and collaborating closely with the Executive team
- You bring the ability to manage and a successful office team, working as part of a rapidly expanding technology business

**Profile**:

- You bring several years of office management experience, ideally in a fast paced or scaling environment
- Experience of managing a small team, with great people
- and leadership skills
- You have the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, partners and colleagues
- Experience of organizing, hosting and managing internal events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are passionate about achieving business results and key metrics, sense of accountability and ownership
- German and English at Native/Professional level proficiency
