**Job Highlights / Aufgaben**:
The Head of International Tax / Transfer Pricing manages a team of (8) inhouse tax consultants responsible for tax optimization and to ensure compliance with all tax regulations in the field of Transfer Pricing, international taxation and M&A projects for Non-D group companies.
- Development and implementation of tax strategy, tax advice/optimization of Transfer Pricing models
- Guidance and management of Target-TP-margins and any necessary year-end adjustments
- Tax advice/optimization on LE structuring, intercompany financing, and cross-border repatriation
- Tax advice for M&A, restructuring and investment projects (structuring, contracting, tax clauses)
- Tax planning and reporting for quarterly/year-end closing, cash flow planning, and tax return
- Guidance, negotiation and settlement of disputes & international (MAP) proceedings with tax authorities in different countries as well as of indemnification claims caused by completed M&A-transactions

**Requirements / Profil**:

- Master´s degree in economics or MBA
- Certified Tax Consultant
- Long-term working experience in strategic tax positions ideally in the industry
- Excellent and proven leadership and project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
