**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's programmes and services to relevant audiences.
Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and other marketing channels.
Manage Frankfurt School key brand assets and marketing channels including Website, Advertising, Social Media channels and Media production (Print, photography, video)
Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic goals.
Work collaboratively with Corporate Communications to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging and branding.
Work closely with sales and recruitment teams to create marketing and sales plans and campaigns to meet sales objectives across the Frankfurt School portfolio
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, and integrate new approaches and technologies into the school's marketing strategy.
Carry out regular market research and competitor brand comparisons
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
At least 7 years of relevant marketing experience, including experience in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and techniques, with experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the higher education/business school sector.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Fluency in English, German
