Director of Marketing Strategy

Ecolab's Pest Control division is dedicated to enhancing global health, safety, and cleanliness. We are in search of a visionary Director of Marketing Strategy for the EMEA Region. This position is centered on fostering business expansion through innovative strategies and digital transformation.

We seek a Leader in Talent who possesses strategic acumen, cross-departmental collaboration skills, and a knack for digital advancements. The ideal candidate will engage inclusively with various stakeholders to meet shared goals.

As an effective communicator, you will work alongside diverse teams across Europe and globally to shape strategies and drive innovation from conception to execution. Your primary focus will be on propelling significant business initiatives in line with our overarching vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise stakeholders on the Pest Marketing approach
  • Efficiently lead initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Encourage innovation and the sharing of best practices within the sector
  • Champion integrated solutions and digital enhancements for improved customer interactions
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive data strategies to boost digital engagement
  • Participate in the annual Strategic Business Planning cycle
  • Promote team development through structured growth plans
  • Provide mentorship and support for the professional advancement of team members
  • Engage in discussions with the Global Marketing Team, leveraging the collective expertise of the global network

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, encompassing Brand, Digital, Communications, and more
  • Experience in strategic leadership, digital product strategy, and multi-segment marketing management
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous
