Your Responsibilities
We are in search of a results-oriented, imaginative Marketing Director, who will oversee the effective execution of all integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives within the region. In this capacity, you will foster a positive work atmosphere, uplift team morale, and motivate staff to excel in their roles. You will lead by example, providing mentorship and consistent feedback to your team.
Your Contributions
- Establish the marketing strategy encompassing campaigns, initiatives, and events, recommending the appropriate mix of activities to meet the defined objectives for leads, revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Determine the deployment of all promotional and sales tools (events, mailings, and digital marketing) to generate leads, orders, and sales in alignment with Segment Sales strategies.
- Oversee marketing investments necessary to achieve anticipated profitable growth and allocate financial resources among business-enhancing activities.
- Execute digital marketing strategies in accordance with Sales and Trade Marketing objectives to support new product, solution, and service launches, while developing e-commerce strategies to boost leads and sales.
- Evaluate the return on investment of marketing expenditures through pre- and post-campaign analyses.
- Ensure successful introductions of new products in the local market by coordinating marketing activities and forming partnerships with key industry influencers, adhering to HQ Marketing guidelines.
- Maximize merchandising value and ensure effective stock management and oversight.
- Guarantee optimal utilization of CRM systems to obtain accurate and current market data, enhancing sales force efficiency.
- Ensure quality design and layout in accordance with corporate standards.
- Lead your team by enhancing performance, fostering professional development, and promoting engagement in line with company culture.
About You

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role within dynamic multinational environments.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and drive the organization towards effective strategy execution.
- Experience in P&L Management.
- Strong financial acumen and organizational methodologies.
- Experience in managing and organizing sales networks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
