**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the EAD business strategy and objectives
- Shape and lead the Global Operations team to achieve a cost effective structure and set-up meeting key performance indicators, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement
- Ramp up of centralized engineering hubs to support profitable growth
- Drive standardization and harmonization of engineered Solution Offerings and continuous improvement initiatives as well as operational excellence through lean management and digitalization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrification, automation, and digitalization solutions as well as manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
- Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction as well as ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, setting clear objectives and providing regular performance feedback
- Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners, to strengthen business relationships and identify new opportunities for growth

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations within the energy sector, with a focus on electrification, automation, and digitalization
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and delivering results
- Strong understanding of lean management principles and experience in driving digital transformation
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
