- Du bist kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fachfragen, schulst dein Team in servicerelevanten
Themen und führst Mitarbeitergespräche.
- Du stellst Service
- sowie Qualitätsstandards sicher, bist verantwortlich für Deine Teamergebnisse sowie das Monitoring dieser und leitest bei Abweichungen Maßnahmen ab.
- Du nimmst regelmäßig an standortübergreifenden Meetings teil.
- Die Integration neuer Teammitglieder sowie die Entwicklung der Fähigkeiten deines Teams durch regelmäßige Feedback-Gespräche und Coaching-Sessions (häufig virtuell) runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern und fundierte Expertise im Kundenkontaktmanagement. Idealerweise: Erfahrung im Führen aus der Ferne
- Du arbeitest selbständig, lösungsorientiert und verlierst dabei nie den Blick auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Deine Begeisterung für die stetige Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern und Dir selbst wird unterstützt durch Deine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
- Neben Deiner hohen Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung zeichnest du dich durch ausgeprägtes zielorientiertes, eigenverantwortliches und pragmatisches Handeln aus und kannst Dich gut selbst organisieren.
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, fühlst Dich wohl in der digitalen Welt und bist fit in der Nutzung von Videokonferenzen, Teamchats und Ticketsystemen.
- Du besitzt eine ausgezeichnete Ausdrucksweise und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in mündlicher und schriftlicher Form.
