- Du übernimmst die Teamleitung des Detailing Teams in Frankfurt
- Du bist für die Sicherung der Umsetzung von Abteilungsstandards sowie die Kontrolle von reibungslosen Abläufen innerhalb der Abteilung und in der abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit der F&B Abteilung, dem Sales Team und dem Front Office zuständig
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse, um die Effizienz und Produktivität des Teams zu steigern
- Du übernimmst die Kunden ab Vertragsabschluss zur anschließenden Detailplanung
- Du unterstützt das National Contracting Team als Spezialist für die Destination Frankfurt
- Bei Bedarf übernimmst Du auch die Annahme, Angebotserstellung, Vertragsabschluss und Detailabsprachen für kurzfristige Anfragen
- Du führst Marktanalysen durch und erstellst Strategien zum Erreichen der Umsatzziele und Steigerung der Marktposition in Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen und den Commercial-Abteilungen
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung der Teammitglieder durch das Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Trainings
- Du bist für die Dienst - und Urlaubsplanung Deines Teams zuständig

Außerdem freuen wir uns auf folgende Qualifikationen:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder Veranstaltungswesen oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Event, Hotelmanagement, Veranstaltungsorganisation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung aus dem Veranstaltungs-oder Gruppenverkauf, Meeting
- und Eventbereich mit
- Erfahrungen in Teamleitung mit individueller Mitarbeiterführung und -motivation
- Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung und Entscheidungsfreiheit
- Ausgeprägte Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
