**Position Summary**:
Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.

Die Tätigkeit als Operations Support Agent umfasst entsprechend anliegender Tätigkeitsbeschreibung - genau wie die Tätigkeit als Office Clerk Outbound bisher
- im Wesentlichen folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Erstellen von Ausgangsvermerken
- Datenerfassung und/ oder Komplettierung
- Ausgangs-Zollsendungen auf Konformität überprüfen
- Imagen/ Pacsen von Sendungspapieren
- Blockadebearbeitung
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (intern wie extern)
- Abfragen von Routinginformationen für den Paperworkprozess

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Kenntnisse von Spedition / KEP / Logistik - abgeschlossene speditionelle/ kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Zollkenntnisse (Im
- & Export)
- Gefahrgutkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Flexibilität
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
