ESMT’s Learning Innovation Lab provides support to ESMT’s programs for online and technology-enhanced learning, explores entrepreneurial projects and participates in thought leadership on learning innovation internally and externally. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a
**Student Assistant
- Learning Innovation Lab Media**
(M/F/x, part-time - 20 hours/week, to start as soon as possible)
The purpose of the job is to assist the team in the development of online and blended programs and courses.

**You will work in close collaboration with the Lead Media Designer and assist on various media projects**
- Submitting media for captioning and correcting captions
- Editing newly recorded videos in Panopto web-editor
- Helping organize Panopto video library
- Creating quizzes in Panopto and branching video experiences in H5P
- Targeting which videos could just be audio-only and converting/re-embedding them
- Adding and editing video chapters in Panopto
- Improving accessibility of media (Alt text, transcripts for audio podcasts, etc). Alternatively, find tools to offer to users to be empowered to do this themselves
- Recording tutorials for students and staff
- Panopto trainings and responding to support requests
- PowerPoint conversion and replacement
- Updating and improving graphic syllabus for online programs

**You are qualified for this position, because you**
- Are currently enrolled as a student in a full-time bachelor or master program, for at least another year
- Possess excellent communication skills and can fluently communicate in English
- You are interested in learning and visual communication
- Are tech savvy and know how to work on Mac
- Have excellent time management and solid organizational skills
- Are attentive to detail, conscientious, and responsible, with a results-driven approach
- You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in video production, Adobe, and PowerPoint are a plus
