**Director Talent Development (M/F/x)**:
**The position**:
The job holder is responsible for the continuous improvement of European leadership and talent development strategies and leadership culture. This includes the designing of cross-functional and pan-European solutions according to HR EU / global talent strategy which meet the demands of Headquarter and affiliates. The incumbent works in close collaboration with HR business leaders, the HR leadership team and leader in business. The job holder has to ensure with the HR management team and his/her team that day-to-day requests and new demands from Headquarter and affiliates are balanced with agreed priorities as well as capabilities and capacities in OTD.

***Roles and responsibilities**:

- Leading the DS leadership development and culture transformation
- Partner and co-operate with HR teams in the affiliates, other regions or Talent& Development units outside HR for the design of new interventions or HR products
- Conceptually design new HR Instruments and tools within the HR Strategy for Germany as well as pan-European and ensure implementation
- Define a pan-European talent management framework, run talent reviews and training sessions for leaders enabling them to use tools and to maintain a high performance culture
- Further develop the HR strategy and cultural transformation of DSE closely aligned with HR community and business leaders
- Design and facilitate workshops, trainings and change management concepts with business leaders across European affiliates
- Set-up and support operative change management in the business units
- Leading projects and conception of new products, HR solutions
- Lead a team of experienced leadership development specialists

***Personal skills and professional experience**:

- 8 years of experience in leadership / talent / organizational development
- University degree in business psychology, human resources management or business management
- Strong conceptional skills and proven experience in designing international HR instruments, training, workshops or blended learning approaches
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with international and senior management target audiences
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder / vendor management skills
- Experienced leader to develop and drive the leadership agenda with its team
- Strong intercultural collaboration competencies
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language (Spanish / French / German, Italian)
- Proven learning agility, openness for new approaches
- Travel within Europe required
