**Aufgaben**:

- Eigenständige Koordination des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) für die GBS Finance-Prozesse
- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für alle Fachbereiche bzgl. des IKS-Testings sowie Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen
- Betreuung und Unterstützung der Kontrollverantwortlichen während des IKS-Testings
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von IKS-Vorgaben und -Prozessen
- Bereitstellung von Fachwissen und Unterstützung bei Fragen zu IKS-Prozessen
- Lösung von Problemen und Herausforderungen im Themenbereich IKS
- Aufbereitung und Darstellung der IKS-Kennzahlen in einem IKS-Reporting und Präsentation auf Managementebene
- Erhebung neuer IKS-Kennzahlen
- Zentralisierte Kommunikation, Koordination, kontinuierliches Monitoring sowie Sicherstellung der Qualität und Umsetzung der Prozesse der buchhalterischen Tätigkeiten im Hinblick auf gesellschaftsrechtliche Änderungen
- Moderation von Abstimmungsrunden und Troubleshooting während der Umstellungsphasen
- Planung, Koordination und Abstimmung gesellschafts
- und abteilungsübergreifender Umstrukturierungsprojekte
- Koordination der Buchungskreisanlage in SAP
- Stellvertretende Teamleitung bei Abwesenheit des Teamleads
- Erstellung des monatlichen Sollsaldenberichts
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination der Abstimmung zum Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschluss
- Durchführung von operativen Prüfungen im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements

**Profil**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, Studium oder ein hohes Interesse an den oben genannten Themengebieten
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Qualitätssicherungsmethoden, Risikomanagement, Analysen und Reportings, sowie Projektkoordination
- Erste Erfahrungen mit fachlicher Führung
- Analytische Fähigkeiten bei der Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
- Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise im Team, souveränes Auftreten, Belastbarkeit, unternehmerisches Denken, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Präsentationsroutine
- Organisations
- und Koordinationsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse (Spanisch ist ein Bonus)

Außerdem zeichnet sich das Team für die Durchführung des jährlichen Testings des internen Kontrollsystems sowie für das Qualitätsmanagement im Tagesgeschäft, Monats
- und Jahresabschluss verantwortlich. Zusätzlich werden Risiken in Accounting-Prozessen aufgezeigt, analysiert und abgedeckt. Erkenntnisse werden mittels Kennzahlen gemessen und diese transparent in einem Reporting dargestellt und präsentiert. Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Service-Qualität für alle Landesgesellschaften kontinuierlich zu verbessern und stets auf einem hohen Niveau zu halten.
