Your Role

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and efficiency within our Finance department. You'll leverage your technical expertise to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that address business challenges and enhance operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Apply your technical skills to design and deliver innovative solutions that optimize business processes within the finance domain.
  • Contribute to the development of digital solutions, including automation, robotic process automation (RPA), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, cloud-based technologies, and low-code applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage your technical expertise to propose and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to contribute to the continuous evolution of our digital capabilities.

Who You Are

  • Possess a university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have relevant experience in a technical role with business interaction, or a business role with technology integration.
  • Demonstrate basic experience in developing and deploying technical solutions, such as Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or SAP.
  • Additional certifications in RPA, project management, or risk management are highly valued.
  • Exhibit strong collaborative skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning and a willingness to embrace new technologies and challenges.
