**Join our global team as Senior Executive Communications-, Media
- and PR Specialist. As a key member of the Marketing, Sales & Communications team for the business area Diagnostic Imaging (DI) you will support and advise our top management in delivering compelling messages, stories, articles, presentations, and keynotes to diverse internal and external audiences. This role requires a talented and experienced communicator who can translate complex business topics into engaging and authentic content to bolster our organization’s top management voices and the company’s leading position in the MedTech industry.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will support and advise the President of the business area DI in all matters of internal and external communications, including PR and Media Relations
- You will create executive content in the form of articles, presentations, keynotes, social media posts, interviews, and further related formats, based on direct briefings from top management as well as your own research and collaboration within the company
- You will publish and adapt executive content for diverse audiences, ranging from top management, investors & analysts to employees and customers (editorial planning)
- You will coordinate (media) coverage and potential interviews, keynotes, and media meetings with related corporate functions (Marketing, Communications, Media & Investor Relations) and local markets
- You will develop new ideas for strategic communications of the business area DI in close collaboration with DI President and Head of DI Communications
- You will manage and prepare internal employee communication and townhalls
- You will manage the Viva Engage internal social media channel and Sharepoint Intranet for Diagnostic Imaging with regards to top management content

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You hold a university degree in marketing/communications combined with an economics background, MedTech, or healthcare industry background is beneficial
- You have many years of experience in internal or external communications as well as media or investors relations in a corporate environment, ideally within a corporate or DAX company
- You are experienced working with the executive management
- You have experience in coordinating with corporate marketing, communications, and media relations teams as well as engaging with (financial) journalists and have a solid understanding of media relations practices
- You are proficient in managing internal and external social media channels and leveraging them for effective communication to position the DI management as a thought leader in the industry
- You have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and preparing internal employee communication and town halls

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in German and English, speaking English as a native speaker or at a similar level to create and proofread English-language content
- A strong strategic mindset is crucial for this role. You must be able to grasp the company's business line strategy and effectively translate it into a coherent story told by top management that resonates with stakeholders. You should be self-driven and able to think outside the box, bringing new ideas to the table
- You have a high affinity towards digitalization and future market trends in healthcare
- You will collaborate closely with the DI top management, offering guidance and support on communication matters. The ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic advice is essential
- You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
- You enjoy working in teams that value the success of the team over the success of the individual
