**Als Mitglied des Communications Teams für den Geschäftsbereich Diagnostic Imaging (DI) unterstützen und beraten Sie unser Top-Management durch die Erstellung von überzeugenden Botschaften, Storys, Artikeln, Präsentationen und Keynotes für ein vielfältiges internes und externes Publikum. Die Rolle erfordert Erfahrung und Kommunikationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsthemen in ansprechende und authentische Inhalte zu übersetzen und so die führende Position des Unternehmens in der Medizintechnikbranche weiter auszubauen.**

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie unterstützen und beraten die Leitung des Geschäftsbereichs DI in allen Fragen der internen und externen Kommunikation, einschließlich PR und Media Relations
- Sie erstellen Executive Content in Form von Artikeln, Präsentationen, Keynotes, Social-Media-Posts, Interviews und weiteren verwandten Formaten, basierend auf direkten Briefings, eigenen Recherchen und der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Sie verantworten die Veröffentlichung und Aufbereitung von Executive Content der Business Area für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen: vom Top-Management über Investoren und Analysten bis hin zu Mitarbeitern und Kunden (Redaktionsplanung)
- Sie koordinieren die (Medien-)Berichterstattung und mögliche Interviews, Keynotes und Medientreffen mit verwandten Unternehmensfunktionen (Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien & Investor Relations) und lokalen Märkten
- Sie entwickeln eigenständig neue Ideen für die strategische Kommunikation des Geschäftsbereichs, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der DI Leitung und dem Leiter der DI Kommunikation
- Sie koordinieren und realisieren die Peer-to-Peer, Top-Down und Bottom-Up Kommunikation über interne Kommunikationskanäle und Townhalls

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss in Journalismus, Unternehmenskommunikation oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in einem globalen Unternehmen. Erfahrung in der Medizintechnikbranche und/oder im Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil
- Sie bringen langjährige berufliche Erfahrung in der internen und externen Kommunikation, sowie in der Medien
- und/oder Investorenbetreuung im Unternehmensumfeld mit. Idealerweise innerhalb eines (DAX-)Unternehmens
- Sie sind erfahren im Umgang mit dem Executive Management
- Sie verfügen über grundlegende Erfahrung in der Abstimmung mit zentralen Funktionen (Marketing, Kommunikation, Presse, Investor Relations)
- Sie wissen worauf es in Zusammenarbeit mit Medien und (Finanz-)Journalisten ankommt. Durch langjährige Erfahrungen in der Medienarbeit, können Sie das Management entsprechend briefen und coachen
- Ihre fundamentalen Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media setzen Sie erfolgreich ein, um strategisch wichtige Themen in relevanten Netzwerken zu platzieren und unser Executive Management als Thoughtleader in der Branche zu positionieren
- Für die erfolgreiche Planung und Durchführung hybrider Townhall Meetings haben Sie in Ihrem bisherigen Berufsleben ausreichend Erfahrung gesammelt

**Ihr Profil und Ihre Fähigkeiten**:

- Sie verfügen über hohe schriftliche Kompetenz sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache. Dabei sprechen sie Englisch als Muttersprache oder auf ähnlichem Niveau, um mühelos englischsprachige Inhalte erstellen und korrigieren zu können
- Eine ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise ist für diese Rolle entscheidend. Sie sind daher in der Lage, für unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen klare, überzeugende und glaubwürdige Botschaften zu formulieren. Von Kund*innen über Mitarbeitende bis hin zu (Finanz-) Journalist*innen
- Sie haben eine hohe Affinität für Themen rund um die Digitalisierung und eine Leidenschaft für Markttrends im Gesundheitsbereich
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der obersten Führungsebene der DI zusammen und bieten Beratung und Unterstützung in Kommunikationsfragen. Die Fähigkeit, enge Beziehungen aufzubauen und strategische Ratschläge zu erteilen, ist von wesentlicher Bedeutung
- Sie handeln gerne eigenverantwortlich, verfügen über kreative und lösungsorientierte Denkweise, schauen gerne über den Tellerrand und bringen aktiv neue Ideen ein
- Sie sind in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und erbringen auch unter Druck
