We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Science Intern to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions that shape the future of healthcare.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement data analysis and visualization projects. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the automation of processes and programming of tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Analyzing large datasets and creating insightful visualizations to inform business decisions.
- Contributing to the development of digitalization concepts that leverage data science techniques.
- Familiarizing yourself with quality engineering methods and learning how to apply them in real-world scenarios.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong foundation in data science, statistics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on medical technology, computer science, or electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies.
We offer a competitive salary of €18,000 - €25,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
